Meeting was called to order by President Steve Harder at 7:00 p.m.   Larry read the minutes of last. meeting.   Roll call was taken with only four members present.   Steve announced that all of the AMA paperwork for the year had been taken care of.   He then gave us financial report.    

There was a discussion about repairs that need to be made to the club mower.   Kevin had seriously hurt his hand, and hasn’t replied to Steve’s requests about status of getting parts and repairs, so Steve Lapek volunteered to take the mower at the end of the season and completely service it and make whatever repairs were necessary over the winter.   The members decided that would probably be best plan of action and voted to let him do that.    

Larry informed members that club website that our ISP said needed to be redone because our background software is obsolete and won’t be supported anymore will require that we will remove old website entirely around November 1st. of this year.   He will be re-building site from scratch with all new software over the winter.   So expect website to quite working until he can get enough content redone to bring it back online again.   Then he will continue adding back as much as he can.   He hopes everyone will take a look and evaluate how site looks on their equipment and provide feedback to him both negative and positive.    He is hoping to make the site more immersive, with better pictures, videos, and content that you want to share and see.

Larry reported that Pride Porta Pots has asked him when they can pick up the unit.  We decided that we would probably be ending flying around end of month, with hopes that weather will let us get in some more flying before end of month.  Larry is to contact them and see if that works for them or not.
